NoRelay (contact: [email protected]) is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website (norelay.es).
We only collect data through third-party tools, and only after you give explicit consent:

These tools may transfer data to servers outside the EEA. All three providers are certified under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
If you subscribe at bio.norelay.es/newsletter, we store your email address, the update categories linked to your address (Studio Log, New Releases, New Events, and/or Project Updates, all four by default when you subscribe), and the date you gave consent. You can change which categories you receive, or unsubscribe from all of them, at any time (see below).
The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent(Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), confirmed via a double opt-in email link before any address becomes active. Emails are sent through Resend (Resend, Inc.), our email delivery provider.
Every email we send includes a personal management link that lets you change your categories or permanently delete your data without needing to log in or re-verify. Opting out is as easy as opting in. You can also request erasure at any time by emailing [email protected]. We keep subscription data only for as long as your address stays subscribed to at least one category; deleting your data removes it immediately and permanently.
The legal basis for the analytics/advertising tools above is your explicit consent(Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the cookie banner when you first visit the site. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 7). The newsletter's legal basis is described in Section 3.

You can withdraw or change your cookie consent at any time by clearing the norelay_consent key from your browser's local storage, or by clearing all site data in your browser settings. On your next visit the consent banner will reappear.
